I’m physicist. Doctor rerum naturalis (Dr. rer. nat.) of the University of the Saar (UdS<\/a>, Germany) and Doctor in Sciences (Physics) of the University Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid (UAM<\/a>, Spain).<\/p>\n

After having finished my University studies (UAM<\/a>, Madrid 1986) I left for Germany (Doctorate and Post-Doc) and stayed for 10 years at the UdS<\/a> in Saarbr\u00fccken. During 2 years I worked in France as\u00a0University teacher at the Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine<\/a> in Nancy. Nowadays I\u2019m senior scientist at the ICMM<\/a> in Madrid.<\/p>\n

My speciality is Condensed Matter Physics especially in the field of the elastic and optical properties. The experimental technique that I use since 1988 is the Brillouin spectroscopy. I am responsible for the Lab at the ICMM<\/a> devoted to this technique (BS-Lab<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Soy f\u00edsico, Doctor rerum naturalis (Dr. rer. nat.) por la\u00a0 Universidad del Sarre (UdS<\/a>, Alemania) y Doctor en Ciencias (F\u00edsicas) por la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid (UAM<\/a>, Espa\u00f1a).<\/p>\n

Mi trayectoria profesional me ha llevado desde Espa\u00f1a (Licenciatura en 1986) a Alemania (10 a\u00f1os, doctorado y post doctorado en la Universidad del Sarre en Saarb\u00fccken, UdS<\/a>) y a Francia (2 a\u00f1os, profesor en la Universit\u00e9 de Lorraine<\/a> en Nancy). Actualmente detento un puesto de Investigador Cient\u00edfico en el ICMM<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mi especialidad es la f\u00edsica de la materia condensada especialmente en el terreno de las propiedades el\u00e1sticas y \u00f3pticas. La t\u00e9cnica experimental que utilizo habitualmente desde 1988 es la espectroscop\u00eda Brillouin. Soy responsable del laboratorio dedicado a esta t\u00e9cnica en el ICMM (BS-Lab<\/a>).<\/p>\n
