Calzada of our group and Dr. R. Sirera (Universidad de Navarra).<\/p>\n<p>The thesis obtained the highest mark and it is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/digital.csic.es\/handle\/10261\/133816\">DIGITAL.CSIC<\/a>, the institutional repository of the Spanish National Research Council.
