It also includes a standard QMS and divers ports with different crucibles and molecular evaporators. This chamber also holds the RT-STM. The other chamber is equipped with de FT-IRRAS together with a manipulator that can be cool to liquid nitrogen temperatures. It also has a LEED (Omicron).
