La convocatoria est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para expandir los buques insignia actuales con nuevas investigaciones que contribuyan a los objetivos emblem\u00e1ticos en las \u00e1reas seleccionadas. Nuevos investigadores como investigadores que ya est\u00e1n en la Flagships son igualmente elegibles.
