Asensio from the GREENER group, ICMM &#8211; CSIC,<\/strong> has been honored as the <strong>2021 University of Nebraska Distinguished Lecturer.<\/strong> This Lectureship is a distinction that the University of Nebraska bestows only very few visiting scientists. Asensio and Feng have designed the Special Session with three main blocks (1) New light sources and their scientific program. (2) Developments of experimental techniques with Synchrotron Radiation, and (3) Contributions from prominent users of the\u00a0 Synchrotron Radiation Installations.
