In the subject of the email it should be indicated the type of contribution (oral or poster).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Abstract submission deadline 14<sup>th<\/sup> March 2025<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Oral contributions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The time duration of an oral contribution will be set a later stage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Poster contributions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>One Poster session will be held during the conference. Poster panels dimensions are 1m (width) x 1.6 m (height). There will be a competition in the Poster Sessions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>Abstracts format<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Please, strictly follow the abstract template instructions for both poster and oral abstract submissions. You can find the template at the bottom of this page.<\/p>\n<p>The abstract should be submitted in .doc or .docx extension. <u>WE WON&#8217;T ACCEPT .PDF EXTENSIONS<\/u>, since we can&#8217;t modify the format in case of error.
