You can learn more about my activity about Women in Science here.<\/p>\n<p>I do outreach on superconductivity both in the web and social networks and in face to face activities. I do most\u00a0of these activities in collaboration with <a title=\"Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Calder\u00f3n\" href=\"http:\/\/wp.icmm.csic.es\/tqe\/people\/maria-jose-calderon\/\">Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Calder\u00f3n <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/wp.icmm.csic.es\/belenvalenzuela\">Bel\u00e9n Valenzuela<\/a>. We collaborated with the I edition of the outreach\u00a0 program Orbita Laika preparing a section on superconductivity which was shown in one of the programs. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=2DJ0NLngfec\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Here you can see our levitating linear train at work<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>2019. Superconductivity . I collaborated with the V edition of Orbita Laika in a section on\u00a0 superconductivity which appeared in a program about the future . <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rtve.es\/play\/videos\/orbita-laika\/orbita-laika-futuro-quimica\/5266170\/\">See here our lateral levitating train<\/a> .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Activities at Instituto de Ciencia de Materiales de Madrid<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Science Week<\/strong>. Since 2011 we organize workshops on superconductivity and magnetic fields for primary school children and general public during \u00a0the Science Week (November). Generally we organize 3 activities per year for around 400 people.<\/li>\n<li><strong>International Day of Women and Girls in Science<\/strong>. Since 2017, the first edition of the Iniciativa 11 de Febrero, we have offered some talks and workshops on superconductivity at ICMM as part of the activities of these initiative, This helps to visibilize our female group. I am been deeply involved in the coordination <a href=\"https:\/\/11defebrero.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Initiative 11 de Febrero <\/a>to promote the participation of women and girls in Science. Read more here.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visits to ICMM<\/strong>. Between 2009 and 2015 I participated in the ICMM monthly visits of high-school and secondary school students. We talk them about superconductivity and demonstrations of superconducting levitation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ESO-Empresa program.<\/strong> April 2014.
