El Instituto de Ciencia de Materiales de Madrid (ICMM), es el mayor instituto del área de ciencia y tecnología de materiales del CSIC. Eso significa que somos alrededor de 250 personas trabajando cada día en el mismo edificio, comiendo en la misma cafetería… y, en la mayoría de los casos, ignorando a otras personas que aún no conocemos.
Queremos solucionar esto.
¿Qué está haciendo esa persona en los servicios administrativos que siempre me ayuda con paciencia? ¿En qué están trabajando en el laboratorio frente al mío? ¿Podemos colaborar? ¿Dices que hay casi diez comisiones? ¿Tenemos un taller mecánico? ¿Cómo puedo utilizar los servicios técnicos?
Esperamos que todas estas preguntas queden respondidas los próximos 5 y 6 de octubre en un encuentro del ICMM con contenido científico, técnico y humano en Buitrago del Lozoya, donde disfrutaremos de la compañía de todo el personal del instituto en un entorno relajado. Además, tendremos la oportunidad de compartir esta experiencia con parte de los miembros de nuestro Comité Científico Asesor Internacional.
Un encuentro de 2 días lleno de experiencias y ciencia, pensado para todo el personal que hace del ICMM un buen lugar para trabajar.
The Material Science Institute of Madrid (ICMM), is the largest institute in the materials science and technology area of CSIC. That means we are around 250 people working every day in the same building, eating in the same cafeteria… and, in most cases, ignoring other people we do not have met yet.
We want to solve this.
What is that person doing in the administrative services who always helps me with patience? What are they doing in the lab in front of mine? Can we collaborate? Do you say that there are almost ten commissions? Do we have a mechanical workshop? How do I access the technical services?
We hope that all these questions find an answer next 5th and 6th October 2023, in an ICMM meeting with scientific, technical and social contents, at Buitrago de Lozoya, where we will enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed environment. Also, we will have the opportunity to share this experience with part of the members of our International Scientific Advisory Board
