Pilar Fernández Seriñán

Pilar Fernández Seriñán majored in Chemistry from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2020 and earned her master’s degree in Chemical Science and Technology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2021. After an internship at the Institute, she is currently involved in a research project on the development of advanced materials for Redox Flow Batteries (RFBs) as part of the Bioinspired Materials group. Her interests lie in the study of Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) with various applications, from energy storage to the synthesis of new materials with catalytic activity.
