“Mango and cactus saps as natural, biodegradable dielectric materials for sustainable production of low-voltage OFETs”

Aybuke Tavasli*, Mané Seck, Abdoulaye Tall, Abdou Karim Diallo, Leszek A. Majewski, Levent Trabzon, Berta Gómez-Lor & Sheida Faraji.

This work explores the use of natural, biodegradable materials derived from mango and cactus saps as sustainable dielectric layers for low-voltage organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). The study highlights the potential of bio-based materials as environmentally friendly alternatives for organic electronics applications.
